If substantial damage is done to an item, we will charge the full product value of that item plus a $20 restocking fee to your credit card. Product values can be found in your mini accordion book. We hope that you will treat the items like you borrowed them from a friend or sister!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE Kit items?

We wanted to make the process as easy as possible, so on the 3rd Monday of the month we'll send you an email regarding checking out. If you choose to keep some items and return others, you'll need to select the items you're keeping and "return items" at checkout.

If you choose to send all items back, all you have to do is select "return items" at check out and we'll email you a return label to print!

Then, print that shipping label and slap it on top of the original one and drop the box off at your local post office before noon on the 3rd Friday of the month! After you drop the box off, shoot us an email to let us know it is on the way!

HOW DO I SHIP THE items BACK?

We want to keep the items in the best possible condition for future resale opportunities and we need your help in doing that! Please be respectful and don't do anything that would permanently alter the condition of the item. 

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT I CAN DO WITH THE items?

We utilize and rely on the United States Postal Service to ship and use their priority mail service! 

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS TAKE?

We charge a flat rate of $50 for full kit late or unreturned boxes. If individual items are not returned within 7 days, the full product value plus a $20 restocking fee will be charged to your credit card. We rely on timely returns and need your help with this!

Each monthly box will have different inspiration. With different inspiration comes different kit items! Even if there are similar items, they will not be exactly the same in comparison to past month's kits.

Is every box different?

Yes! If you purchased "The Kit," pick your faves and, then, at check out pay for those that you're keeping plus choose "return items," to get a label for the remaining items.

Can I pick what I want to keep?

Each month, we'll be hosting a challenge meant to make you think outside of the box and push your styling skills. They will be tied to a discount or giveaway! To submit, you'll need to post your flat lays and detail shots on social media being sure to tag all vendors (you can find their info within your mini accordion book) and @klaynestyled by the 3rd Monday of the month.

How do the challenges work?

The Kit is our "try before you buy" box. Your fee covers the subscription itself. Then, you have a trial period to decide whether you'd like to purchase the curated items to add to your personal kit or ship them back to us! 

Our other box, The {whole} Kit and Caboodle, is our "product discovery" box. No need to worry about sending anything back - it's all yours to keep!!
